What is Energy & How to Protect your Energy?
Everything is made of energy and has its own unique vibration, including you. Everything is in a constant state of receiving and radiating energy. The frequency of this energy falls on a spectrum from light to dark. Light energy is infinite, effortless, and rooted in love. Dark or shadow energy is dense and rooted in fear. As an electromagnetic being, you attract experiences and relationships that match your frequency.
Protecting your energy means choosing how you think and feel rather than allowing outside forces to dictate your thoughts and emotions. It means that no matter what’s happening in the outer world, you’re able to cultivate a beautiful inner world through your own thoughts, beliefs, and choices. Also it means being true to your authentic self and not hiding or denying a single part of yourself for anything or anyone. Finally, it also means holding yourself accountable. For instance, if you’re in a group that’s gossiping about someone you know, you have the choice to engage in the gossip or step away. At all times, you can ask yourself, what action best serves my positive energy?

Water can also cleans, purify and help a person reach spiritual enlightenment. Another way is to use Visualization, it can help you replace any negativity in your Auric field with positive, Protection and love. Breathing exercises can help you ease your mind, stress and help you ground yourself in the present moment. Sometimes is best to take social media breaks so you won’t absorb peoples energies. Setting boundaries is a must especially if you are an Empath because you need to learn how to say “No” so that you won’t feel drained. Setting boundaries can be difficult because it’s having uncomfortable conversations with people.
How to Cleanse Yourself & You’re Aura?
You can cleanse yourself with White Sage, Palo Santo, Maya Copal by smudging from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet using strong words or positive affirmations. You can cleanse yourself with sea salt by taking a bath every week (especially if you are an Empath.) I suggest you do this every Sunday. Sea salt helps remove negative energies that have been attached to your Aura. You can cleanse yourself in the Rain, as rain is a purification that also gets rid of negative energy. Fuel yourself with sunshine, music and sound. You can also cleanse your aura with singing bowls or bells. You can cleanse your aura by grabbing amethyst or clear Quartz in both hands. Less social media and more meditating. Keep healthy friendships around you. Grab a selenite wand or stick and cleanse your aura from head to toes, getting rid of all negative energy. Bring selenite wand from you‘re feet and up to bring in positive energies into your Aura. You can also cleanse yourself with Incense or Camphor. Camphor gets rid of unwanted dark energies and entities that have been attached to you. You can burn camphor in a pot or a burner. At the end, you want to shield your energy and you need to visualize yourself in a bubble not letting anyone in your energy field.
You may also use positive affirmations. You can also use our banishing oil, uncrossing oil, peace and protection oil from our shop. Florida Water and Kananga water can help cleanse negative energies. Our peony bracelets can help you from dark forces, bad spirits and jealous people. Any evil eye will also work as long as you put your intentions in you‘re jewelry. Finally, is also great to perform an egg cleanse ritual. Which you take an egg and bless it with holy water and rub the egg from top to bottom as you speak positive words to remove negative energies around your aura. Make sure you speak out loud and strong! After that, you want to crack the egg and pour it into a clear glass with half water. You want to put some salt on top or garlic powder. Flush it or bury it. I have been cleansing myself since 2013 and it has definitely raised my vibration when I am feeling low, need more energy, get rid of stagnant energy that is not moving and protect my aura.
