Appointment Cancellation Policy at Red Divine Readings LLC

ALL COPYRIGHTS AT RED DIVINE READINGS LLC

Please be aware of the rules at Red Divine Readings LLC, this applies to All Customers:

• There is no refund on Readings that DO NOT RESONATE WITH A CLIENT. 
• Once you schedule a reading, there is NO REFUND.
• You cannot dispute a reading to your bank after services were completed. 
• If I don't hear from you during your appointment the cancellation fee will be what you booked for. Meaning NO REDUNDS!
• To schedule an early time reading is a $45.00 fee.
• To reschedule your reading is a $30.00 FEE for another time.
• If a client is sick or has an emergency and cannot make their appointment, a client must call within 24 hours to reschedule their appointment. You can call (443) 413-6260 or email: RedDivineReadings@gmail.com to reschedule your appointment. If I don’t hear from you at all “THAT DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT,” there is NO REFUND ON YOUR READING, & YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. YOU WILL HAVE TO SCHEDULE A NEW READING!
• If I am sick or have an emergency to attend to I will reschedule your appointment for that week or the following week with no charge to that client.

All questions need to be answered during the session. Once the session is complete, your session is closed, and a client cannot text or call for further questions. Unless you want to re book again.

It is a client's responsibility to also keep up with their appointments. To read the rules, regulations and emails for updates.
