Please Read Carefully – Terms & Conditions for All Clients

By booking a session with Red Divine Readings LLC, you agree to the following policies:

 📅 Consultation Hours   Monday–Friday: 2:00–3:00 PM & 8:00–10:00 PM No consultations are offered on weekends. 

 📌 Consultation Policy   Your free consultation is valid for 1 month. If it expires, you’ll need to book a new consultation for $15.00. This fee is not an add-on to your reading—it covers my time and energy, as the original consultation is considered closed and no longer active. 

• There are no refunds for readings that do not resonate with the client. All services are final once scheduled.
• No refunds will be issued after a reading has been completed.
• Disputing a completed reading with your bank is strictly prohibited and violates this agreement.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Failure to notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will result in a full charge for the session. No refunds will be issued.
• If I do not hear from you at all on the day of your appointment, your payment will be forfeited and you will need to book a new session.

• If I (Shirley Quevedo) am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Scheduling an early morning reading requires a $45 fee.
• Rescheduling your appointment for another time requires a $35 fee.

• All questions must be asked during your scheduled session.
• Once the session ends, it is considered closed. Follow-up questions via text or call are not permitted unless a new session is booked.

• It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment time.
• Please read all emails and updates regarding your session and our policies.
