Please Read Carefully – Terms & Conditions for All Clients

Clients may request one free reschedule as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time.

• Any additional reschedule beyond the complimentary one, or
• Any change requested within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $35 non‑refundable reschedule fee, due at the time of rescheduling.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the fee is paid or formally waived.

If a client requests more than two reschedules, we reserve the right to decline further changes. At that point, any additional adjustments may be refused or may require full prepayment with no refunds.

• You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment result in the full session fee being forfeited.
• If you do not attend and do not contact us, payment is forfeited and a new booking is required.
• Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued minus a $10 processing fee to cover transaction costs.

All payments are non‑refundable once made, except in cases where a refund is explicitly approved under this policy.

In cases of genuine illness or emergencies, we may waive the reschedule fee at our discretion. Clients must contact us as soon as possible and provide an explanation.

All questions must be asked during your scheduled session. Once the session ends, it is considered closed. Follow‑up questions will require a separate Follow‑Up Service Booking beginning in 2026.

Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointment time. Please read all emails, confirmations, reminders, and updates regarding your session and our policies.

By booking a reading, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
