By booking a session with Red Divine Readings LLC, you agree to the following policies:

Rescheduling/Changes to Appointment

1. Free Reschedule Option

- Each Client is entitled to one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled time. 

2. Reschedule Fee

- Any additional reschedule request, or any change requested \within 48 hours of the appointment, will include a fee of $35 (non refundable) payable at the time of rescheduling. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the fee is paid or waived. 

3. Limit on Number of Reschedules

- We reserve the right to decline further changes if a client request reschedules more than twice. At that point, any further changes may be declined or require full prepayment and no refunds.

4. Cancellations/Missed Appointments/No - Shows

- Notify us at least 24 hours prior to cancel/reschedule.

- Failure to do so will result in the full session fee.

- If you do not attend and do not contact us, payment is forfeited and a new booking is required.

5. Exceptions/Emergencies

- In case of genuine illness or emergencies, we may, at our discretion, waive the reschedule fee. You must contact us as soon as possible and provide explanation. 

• All questions must be asked during your scheduled session.
• Once the session ends, it is considered closed. Follow-up questions are booked separate starting in 2026 to a different Follow Up Service Booking.

• It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment time.
• Please read all emails and updates regarding your session and our policies.

By booking a reading, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
