Before your Session & Question Guidelines

  To receive the most aligned and accurate messages:

Choose a quiet space where you can be fully present without distractions. Please be mindful about noises in the background.

Ground and center yourself with a few deep breaths before we begin.

Keep an open mind and believe!

Bring your intentions or questions. You don't have to share your full story in fact; I prefer not to know too much beforehand so Spirit can reveal what needs to come through naturally. Please provide your name, or a name if you are asking about a person.

Arrive a few minutes early so you can relax your energy and settle in peacefully.

Phone calls are not recorded; a client is responsible for writing their own notes.

Video calls are recorded on zoom, if a client wants it recorded.

Question Guidelines

   1. Book a Reading: Phone readings: You may ask up to 4 questions. Video readings: You may ask up to 6 questions. 

2. Sending Your Questions: Please send your questions on the day you book your reading. Even with last‑minute bookings, you must still number your questions, send them over, and follow the same process. If questions are sent at the last minute, your session will be rescheduled. 

3. Number Your Questions: Clearly list them as 1, 2, 3, etc. 

4. Keep Questions Straightforward: Avoid long paragraphs or over‑explaining. Spirit already understands your situation, and the cards will provide clarity. My role is to deliver the reading, not the other way around. 

5. Names and Dates of Birth: If asking about yourself: include your full name and date of birth. If asking about someone else: include their full name and date of birth. 

6. One Question at a Time: Do not combine multiple questions with “and” or “or.” Example of what to avoid: “Will I go to school in October 2026 and will I be successful?” “Will my boyfriend and I work things out or will we end permanently?” Each of these is two separate questions. Please keep them singular and focused.

  Important Notice:  To ensure the best experience, all clients must follow the procedures and respect the boundaries outlined in my booking guidelines. If bookings continue without following these procedures or respecting my boundaries, I will not be able to work with you in the future. Moving forward into 2026, my focus is on working smarter, not harder, and these guidelines are in place to support that.

You may wish to journal or meditate on key messages

Energy can continue to shift for several days after several days, be gentle with yourself. 

Do not share your reading with anyone else.

If you have limited beliefs, that can also get in the way, be mindful about setting limitations and certain expectations.
